Renovation @ Maison Vellard

PROJECT SYNOPSIS

The Renovation @ Maison Vellard in Monroe, Louisiana transformed a washer-dryer closet into a small fully functional second bathroom. In addition to a lavatory, commode, and a glass enclosed shower, abundant shelving offers much needed storage for towels and sundry items while providing a warm rich texture. Small windows were added above the mirror and shower in order to allow light to enter the interior space from the adjacent corridor. Despite the limited square footage, the project includes the requisites of a full sized bathroom.
